General Questions

Do we need to bring decor?

Not in the way you might expect. We’ve already layered the space with harvest tables, antique wooden chairs, forest textures, and thoughtful details that make it feel complete. Most couples add a few personal touches but there’s no pressure to “fill” the space. It already holds its own.

Will someone help guide the day?
How many people can we have?

For your ceremony & reception the venue can accommodate Up to 120 guests comfortably. For overnight guests we have accommodations for up to 12 of your closest loved ones which means your wedding doesn’t have to end… it can unfold. Slow mornings. Firelight conversations. Time that doesn’t feel rushed.

Can we bring our own vendors?
Are furry friends allowed?

Yes they’re part of the story too. We welcome well behaved dogs & cats to be part of your day, whether that’s walking down the aisle or lounging nearby during the celebration.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in anyone you love working with, and we’re always happy to recommend trusted local vendors if you need guidance.

Yes. We’re there to gently hold the flow of the day so you don’t have to. No rigid timelines just thoughtful guidance so everything unfolds naturally. You get to be present. That’s the point.

What makes Luna Dreki different?

Most weddings are built from the ground up in a single day. Here, the space is already curated. The energy is already set. Will we get pricing during the consultation?

Yes we’ll walk you through the investment clearly so you understand what’s included and what your options are. No surprises.

Can both of us join the consultation?

We recommend it if possible. It helps you both feel aligned and ask the questions that matter to you.

What should we be thinking about before the discovery call?

If you can, come with a rough idea of:

• Guest count

• Preferred timing (season or month)

• Whether you’re drawn to a single day or a full weekend

But again nothing needs to be finalized.

What if we’re still exploring other venues?

That’s completely okay.

This is just a chance to see if Luna Dreki feels like the right fit for you.

Is there pressure to book?

None.

We care more about alignment than urgency. The right couples feel it and when they do, the rest flows naturally.

What happens after the consultation?

If it feels like a fit, we’ll guide you through next steps to secure your date. If not, that’s completely okay too we want you to choose what feels right.

What happens during the consultation?

It’s a conversation not a sales call. We’ll walk through your vision, what you’re drawn to, and how a wedding here could look and feel for you. You can ask anything logistics, ideas, concerns we’re here for all of it.

Do we need to have everything figured out beforehand?

Not at all. Most couples come in with a feeling, not a full plan. That’s more than enough to get started.

Booking Your Sanctuary

We believe in transparency to help you plan with peace of mind. Our weekend retreat experience is secured with a 30% initial deposit, followed by a flexible payment schedule that culminates 60 days prior to your celebration. Pricing is all-inclusive of the venue, core styling, and retreat accommodations, ensuring no hidden logistics interrupt your presence. We open our calendar 18 months in advance, allowing you to curate every detail of your multi-day journey at Luna Dreki.

We move away from the 'blank canvas' approach to provide a thoughtfully curated environment. From the organic forest backdrops to the custom-built ceremony space, every element is designed to foster presence.
